Our client in Banking & Finance industry is seeking a Bilingual Loan Collector in Mississauga. This is a 6 months contract position.
GROUP INFO: Handles inbound, outbound calls using dialing system. Call center environment, collecting on any delinquent accounts, including: car loans, master cards, mortgage, etc…
CULTURE: Call Center environment. Metrics-based, Team-based, where everyone works together, and supports each other with any questions or help needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
The Investigation skip trace team is primarily responsible for locating delinquent customers through dialer programs, internal and external skip trace programs. They can also make payment arrangement directly with customers and help other team members when
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years experience within customer service role/call centre
Bilingual Reading, Writing
Excel skills must be proficient (reading/manipulating excel sheets no design required)
In addition to bilingualism, this individual is required to have perfect command of the English Language – reading, writing, verbal
Ability to analyze information
SOFT SKILLS / NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Think outside the box
Attention to detail
Understanding knowledge of banking products (i.e. mortgages, credit cards, etc)
High-School minimum + required 1-2 years of customer service experience.
