Job Description – Branch Manager
Job Title: Branch Manager (Matt leave)   Location: Brampton Branch Office   Date created: May 2021
 
Summary:  Reporting to the Vice President, the Branch Manager leads all branch sales, operations and administration activities.  The Branch Manager has a particular focus on sales.  Through direct and indirect sales, he identifies requirements for permanent and temporary placement of candidates and recruits individuals to fill those placements and the management of the contracts.
Duties:
• Identify new opportunities for perm/temp staffing solutions.
• Recruit individuals to potentially fill requirements.
• Effectively and positively manage the relationship with both clients and candidates.
• Sales: To complete the following minimum sales metrics on a weekly basis:
o 50 client connects per month;
o 12 client visits per month;
Or to compensate based on Branch location and requirements
o 30 client connects per month;
o 12 client visits per month;
o 20 interviews per month
• Identify qualified consultants through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 certification by adhering to ISO policies and procedures
• Contract negotiation with clients, employees and consultants
• Direct the efforts of in-house Associate & Recruiters in support of Branch objectives.
• Manage a team of 2 – 6 employees.
• Branch Metrics:
o Attain a minimum monthly Branch Gross Margin 17%.
o Attain an average net margin monthly of 4%.
Management & Administration Responsibilities
? Participate as a member of the Branch management team.
? Ensure the proper security of the Branch Office
? Process and file all client and candidate contracts.
? Process and fill all supplier’s contracts and official documents.
? Local Purchase of Branch supplies (under $250)
? Administer and file ISO information or documents.
? Prepare the Branch reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
? Prepare government reports as required.
? Coordinate with the VP of Corporate Services.
Qualifications:
 Previous experience in marketing, cold calling
• Effective Communication skills
• Previous recruiting/staffing experience
• Customer Service Training
• Ability to proficiently use MS Office suite programs
Compensation:
• Base Salary plus benefits
• Commission / Bonus as per contract
Working Conditions:  The working environment is an open office setting and or working remotely due to Covid 19, requiring normal periods of sitting and standing.
