We are currently seeking experienced Administrative Assistants in the Halifax area to complete short and long term contracts.
Requirements:
2+ years in an administrative role or equivalent combination of training and experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Job duties may include but not limited too:
Inbound and outbound calls
Invoicing
Data entry (numerical and alphabetical)
Filing (electronic and hard copy)
Process and intake daily mail
Scheduling, planning and coordinating
Other administrative duties as needed
