MaxSys is currently looking for an AS-05 for our Federal Client.
Qualifications:
 
Education
A secondary school diploma or acceptable experience and/or training in a field relevant to position in the group.
Language skills
A very good knowledge of both languages is necessary for this position.
Bilingual imperative: CCC / CCC
Security Clearance
Secret
Experience*
Experience in managing financial resources such as budget planning and control and the acquisition of goods and services include the preparation of contracts under the new rules in Temporary Help Services
Experience related to human resources such as training, staffing and human resources planning.
Experience in providing administrative services such as accommodation services
Experience in writing correspondence, minutes and briefing notes for Senior Management
 
Knowledge
Knowledge of the legislation pertaining to human resources management.
Knowledge of the Financial Administration Act including sections 32 and 34.
Skills and abilities
Ability to coordinate and prepare financial and administrative reports.
Ability to plan and organize work.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Ability to supervise support staff including performance management and workload assignment.
Ability to respond to requests received under the Access to Information and Privacy Acts.
