Baker/Oven Operator
Baker/Oven operator
Works on oven / production lines for purpose of set up, organize and other duties required by the group leader as necessary in order to produce a consistent product in a timely manner that meets all standards.
• Performs any combination of following tasks in production of baked goods 
• Organize and place on designate areas : trays and oven racks
• Unload racks from retardant to the proof box
• Help the oven person in his/her duties: seeding, cutting, load/unload proof box, etc.
• Load and unload ovens adhering to the pace set by the team leader and according to the process as outlined.
• Rack baked product transfer to the finishing areas.
• Keep work area, tools and supplies clean, organized and sanitary throughout the work shift.
• Learn and be able to perform in all of the other positions associated with baking.
• Follow all GMP’s and safety procedures as outlined by Monte Cristo Bakery.
• Performs other duties as requested by group leader.
• Flexible on work schedule and overtime as requested
Required Qualifications:
• Good communication skills are required for this position
• Must be able to understand, follow and apply detailed oral or written instructions
• Good organizational skills with the ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to adapt to change 
• Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy of work
• Must be punctual and flexible
• Previous experience in food industry would be preferred
• Must be willing to work overtime
