Our client in the banking sector is seeking a Junior Servicing Analyst to work in Toronto on a 4 month contract:
 
Possibility for extension and conversion at the end of assignment
 
Interview: Via Teams
 
GROUP INFORMATION/CULTURE: This group is responsible for supporting all of the retail branches. The incumbent will administer the accounts, including financial transactions.
This is a small team of 6 people with a very collaborative environment.
 
DAILY DUTIES:
 
-The main duty of this role is processing financial transactions in a very timely fashion
-Entering Data with high accuracy
-Must be flexible to pick up additional duties from the team as assigned

MUST HAVES

-2+ years Processing experience or front office experience in a branch
-Strong Data Entry skills – please provide Data Entry Testing – KPH and Accuracy scores.
-Attention to detail is key – resumes with spelling/formatting errors will not be considered
-Excellent Communication – verbal and written

NICE-TO-HAVES

-Previous experience in a processing role
-Bilingual in French is an added bonus
-FI experience – specifically investment industry experience

-Good analytical and problem-solving skills
-Good investigation skills
-Good prioritization skills
-Good organizational skills
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
 
Speed and Accuracy with Keying
Knowledge of Mutual Funds products
Understanding of impacts to client to client experience
Good written and oral communication skills as emailing required internally and externally
 
EDUCATION: Post -Secondary is an asset /or equivalent working experience (2+ years)
-IFC or CSC is an added bonus
