MaxSys Staffing is recruiting for a fulltime bilingual customer service representative
Shift: Monday – Friday day shift
Starting rate: $17/hr
• Answering incoming phone calls & making outgoing phone calls
• Communicating with customers
• Entering accurate data into the system
• Fulfill customer expectations in a manner that complies with policies, practices and procedures
• Perform other tasks/duties as assigned
• 1+ year of experience working in an office setting
• MUST be bilingual and fluent in French/English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications and Microsoft office)
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
