Hiring for a Medical Manufacturing Company based in Ottawa ON. Job Description: Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Also provides customers with the proper information and assistance necessary to maintain good customer relations. Uses an on-line computerized order entry system in an accurate and timely fashion. Also investigates and resolves customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining good customer relations. Main Responsibilities: • Process all customers’ orders by phone, fax, email and GHX. • Place instrument orders. • Process customer credits and debits. • Create and modify customer numbers in SAP • Create a Salesforce Case for all issues such as: wrong product, lot number issues, price issues, technical issues, MSDS sheets, etc. • Create dispute resolution cases in SAP • Follow up on account receivable issues, back orders, pricing issues • Enter returned goods into SAP • Filing of various paperwork of the department. • Answer calls and take necessary actions • Set up and maintain standing orders • Set up and maintain sequester ordering • Display professionalism in work quality and attitude daily • Follow up customer calls, questions or concerns • Assists internal customers with various requests • Other duties as assigned Minimum Skills: • Must have MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience • Must have experience using SAP • Must have good interpersonal skills • Must be detail-oriented • Must be able to effectively collaborate with others • Must be able to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing • Ability to work efficiently on an individual and/or team basis Qualifications: • High School Diploma required • Must have 1-3 years previous experience in Customer Service • Must be fully bilingual; English and French please send your CV to:
