Our client in the telecom sector is seeking a Customer Service Representative Senior in Montreal on a 6 month contract:
 
Disciplined, quick learner and great customer service experience Bilingual – yes, mandatory Horaire variable – day, evening
 
Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate and professional manner. Handle any inquiries which require investigation or follow-up. Ensure requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area. Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality. Use call tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes. Qualifications include: Previous customer service experience; Excellent communication skills; and Ability to handle tasks in a professional manner.
 
Chargé de répondre aux requêtes des clients de manière rapide, précise et professionnelle. Gère toute requête qui nécessite une recherche ou un suivi. S’assure que les demandes et les requêtes sont confiées au service approprié. Établit et entretient de solides relations avec la clientèle tout en assurant la confidentialité des renseignements. Utilise des systèmes de suivi des appels pour consigner toutes les demandes. Qualifications: expérience en service à la clientèle; excellentes aptitudes à la communication; capacité de gérer les tâches de manière professionnelle.
