RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
This person will be specifically dealing with implementation of payment solution for corporate clients.
This person will be working with different teams to map out processes and document procedures They will be gathering requirements for change management purposes.
When there are new products/solutions being launch, they will be working with the team with the implementation process.
They may be making changing documents like change management plans etc.
Planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) for technology deliveries.
They must be strong enough to provide advice to SME within the field.
They will be looking for opportunities for process improvement overall.
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years worth of experience as a Business Analyst.
Being able to build out process maps using Visio/Excel Being able to gather requirements and have strong problem solving skills (Being able to sit down with the team and quickly find different gaps within requirements and acting quickly on them) Being able to work with different member and facilitate meetings.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Treasury and Payment solutions experience.
