MaxSys is currently looking for a Business Development Manager for our Federal Client.
Secondary school diploma is required
University graduate in business management, sales or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience, or a related field an asset.
Monitor and evaluate industry trends by researching industry and related events, tracking publications, announcements and meeting regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
Identify, engage and cultivate favourable partnerships necessary for the success of the program
Develop and implement comprehensive outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Input new prospect information and maintain account information in organizations CRM system
Anticipate member services need and proactively create business development programs which exceed member expectations and achieve corporate goals
Develop a thoroughly tested and executable member experience program resulting in a key metrics of positive member satisfaction
