Previous Outside Sales experience is a must.
Hunter Mentality Driven for success, willing and eager to build new business, represent well, follow up on warm and cold leads.
Willing to be out of the office every day performing B2B door to door cold calls.
High achiever; sales and results oriented, customer excellence driven.
Excellent sales track record and experience to build new business as well as retain existing business.
Achieving sales targets and goals
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent problem solving skills
Integrity; highly motivated and organized; Self-managed.
Attention to detail and strong computer skills.
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to actively and sincerely engage with customers is critical to success in this role.
Excellent telephone communication (listening and explaining required).
High level of computer literacy, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM experience is an asset.
Solution & Consultative sales experience with a proven track record of success (progress vs quotas).
Metrics and KPIs:
50 X B2B Door Knocking Cold Calls per week
30 X Outbound Sales Calls per week
5-6 X Face to Face follow up meetings with new prospects per week to close new business
1 X New client per week
Base salary plus bonus commissions
