Maxsys Staffing & Consulting is looking for Business Development / Sales Specialist to join our team in Downtown Toronto.

This is a permanent role with an attractive compensation and benefits package.

The role requires you to hone your people skills and industry expertise. You are ready to hit the ground running, make meaningful connections to add to your existing book of business, and drive new business sales.

In order to support your pipeline and sales growth, this role involves outbound prospecting while managing your existing client base. Your sales skills, superior customer service, drive, tenacity and determination will ensure your success in this thriving and exciting business!
• Must be metrics driven and excel in the pressures of meeting quotas and driving results.
• Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to research markets, identify key targets, and generate interest within prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records within our CRM, and possess excellent attention to detail.
• Monitor and report performance in relation to KPIs and develop strategies to improve results.
• Build, reinforce client relationships, engage in and learn clients’ needs ensuring they are met.
• Prospect, pre-qualify, and nurture potential leads leveraging various sales and marketing tools and tactics.
• You are Metrics-driven and enjoy the pressures of meeting quotas and driving results.
• Able to develop a strong understanding of Maxsys Staffing & Consulting services and solutions, while effectively and professionally presenting them to prospective clients.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone and listening skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• You are able to take initiative and ensure professionalism with all customer interaction.
• You are comfortable establishing rapport easily with a wide variety of potential partners and stakeholders.
• You are motivated to work independently doing B2B business development.
• You have a minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B outbound sales or business development role, and you excel in cold calling.
• You are a people-person with excellent interpersonal skills, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Your follow-up skills are envied regarding inbound leads and client inquiries.
• You possess relevant post-secondary education.

You have mastered the skill of building solid relationships, while making meaningful connections to add to your existing book of business.
