ROLE:
The Contact Centre Agent handles inbound calls from their existing customers to provide information about the organizations services, answer questions and inquiries, and troubleshoot problems.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Review and understand company operating procedures
Provide guidance to customers
Effectively resolve problems or issues
Identify areas of opportunity and utilize your skill and knowledge to suggest improvements
Effectively manage your time while working in a fast-paced environment
Various administrative tasks including record keeping and data entry
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a call/contact centre or customer support role
Professional, self-starter with the ability to assume additional responsibilities and work hours as required
Capable of using different methods of communication simultaneously; i.e. email, telephone, video call, and chat
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervision
Bilingualism is an asset
Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours/week
(Shifts will fall anywhere between 8AM – 8PM)
