We are currently recruiting for Clerks for our valued HRM client for short and long term contracts.
 
Requirements:
-2+ years in an administrative role or equivalent combination of training and experience
-Prior work in a public sector environment an asset
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
 
Job duties may include but not limited too:
-Inbound and face to face inquiries
-Invoicing and preparing expense claims
-Data entry (numerical and alphabetical)
-Preparing and filing correspondence
-Process and intake daily mail
-Scheduling, planning and coordinating
-Other administrative duties as needed
