**Paid weekly
**Short and long term contracts
-4 years experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
-Proficient in computer applications & office equipment
-Strong interpersonal/customer service skills; strong written and verbal communication
-Attention to detail; display sound judgement and strong decision making skills
-Work with minimal supervision
Job Duties include:
-Supervising and providing direction to staff
-oversee daily office operations
-prepare various financial statements
-maintaining records; document preparation;maintain inventory
-Other administrative duties as needed
