MaxSys Staffing & Consulting on behalf of our client is looking for a Client Services Manger to join their team.

Role:

The Client Services Manager acts as a liaison between a business and its customers to provide reliable and impeccable service. A Client Services Manager works to ensure customers are satisfied, agreements are properly adhered/aligned and service delivery is exceptional.

Job Description:

• Builds productive and effective relationships with clients and suppliers
• Consults with clients regarding process and policy issues, etc.
• Continually assesses opportunities to expand client relationship, improve team performance and internal processes with Director
• Prepares for regular client review meetings
• Monitor Service Level Commitment results and provide recommendations for improvement
• Addresses Client issues
• Performs contract research
• Creates and distributes documents
 
Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Client Services
• A post-secondary education in a related field such as communications, business administration from a recognized college or university or equivalent
• Must have the ability to handle a critical client portfolio and provide proactive service
• Ability to ensure quality and timely completion of work
