MaxSys Staffing & Consulting on behalf of our client is looking for a Client Services Manger to join their team.

The Client Services Manager acts as a liaison between a business and its customers to provide reliable and impeccable service. A Client Services Manager works to ensure customers are satisfied, agreements are properly adhered/aligned and service delivery is exceptional.
Builds productive and effective relationships with clients and suppliers
Consults with clients regarding process and policy issues, etc.
Continually assesses opportunities to expand client relationship, improve team performance and internal processes with Director
Prepares for regular client review meetings
Monitor Service Level Commitment results and provide recommendations for improvement
Addresses Client issues
Performs contract research
Creates and distributes documents
5 years of experience in Client Services
A post-secondary education in a related field such as communications, business administration from a recognized college or university or equivalent
Must have the ability to handle a critical client portfolio and provide proactive service
Ability to ensure quality and timely completion of work
