MaxSys is currently looking for Contact Centre Representatives for a client in Toronto.
 
Responsibilities:
• Answering Incoming and Making Outgoing calls to current and future customers resolving issue and general queries.
• Engaging in conversations with customer regarding their connection to the client and potential future transactions.
• Respond to customer questions and objections utilizing established customer service de-escalation techniques and endeavor to provide resolutions the first time around.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with each customer.
• Update customer information in the system after each call.
• Build a great relationship with all the customers.
• Make a positive impact on the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
 
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
• Superior customer service and communication skills are a must, with call centre OR Contact centre experience, preferably in donor relations or other call centre environment.
• Pleasant and engaging phone manner
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Must have strong analytical & Multitasking skills
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Flexible to work within different time schedule
• High school or GED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with inbound & outbound calling.
• Ability to work independently and be part of a team.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
