Call Center Agent

Maxsys is looking for Call Centre Representatives for our client based in Edmonton
Shift times: varies
 
All applicants must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls.
-Use multiple web based applications for investigation and verification.
-Answer existing and potential customer questions.
-Communication of appropriate course of action to clients in a professional manner.
-Build customer confidence in the services offered by the company.
-Work as a team to obtain group and individual goals.

Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent, college diploma preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Bilingualism in English and Spanish is an asset.
-Exceptional customer service skills; able to build rapport with clients.
-Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
-Minimum of 1 year of office/contact center experience.
-Previous sales/customer service experience is preferred.
-Able to prioritize workload, handle high-volume calls while maintaining a professional and personable approach.
-Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal- oriented environment.
