MaxSys is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent for our Federal Client.
• Secondary school diploma is required
• 1-2 years’ experience with the processing of client claims
• Previous experience in a call/contact centre or customer support role
• Professional, self-starter with the ability to assume additional responsibilities and work hours as required
• Capable of using different methods of communication simultaneously; i.e. email, telephone, video call, and chat
• Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervision
• Bilingualism is preferred
