MaxSys is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent for our Federal Client.
This is for 6 months and can lead to a permanent position!
Secondary school diploma is required
1-2 years experience with the processing of client claims
Previous experience in a call/contact centre or customer support role
Professional, self-starter with the ability to assume additional responsibilities and work hours as required
Capable of using different methods of communication simultaneously; i.e. email, telephone, video call, and chat
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervision
Bilingualism is preferred
