Call Center Representative
We are currently working with our client in the Moncton area to recruit for call center agents. This is a temporary evening shift position running from 3pm-11pm Monday to Saturday.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
-1-2 years previous customer service experience considered an asset
-Able to read, write and speak fluent English
-Must be able to keep organized and be able to multitask
-Typing speed of min 40 wpm
-Proficient computer skills – ability to navigate through various programs (training will be provided)
-Candidate must have a clean criminal record
Additional Details
-This position includes inbound/ outbound calling (warm/ no solicitation)
-Pay rates for this role will start at $16.00/hr
-We offer weekly pay
-Must have reliable transportation as this position is in office
