Our client in Telecom industry is seeking a Customer Service Rep Bilingual (French and English) Senior in Ottawa.
 
Job Description
 
ENGLISH
 
• Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
• Handle any inquiries, which require investigation or follow-up
• Ensure requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area
• Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring information confidentiality
• Use call-tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-governing and accountable, self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Billing experience
• Ability to adapt to change, in a competitive environment where priorities change frequently
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluent in English and French, both in written and verbal

Fonctions/Responsabilités de l’emploi
• Chargé de répondre aux requêtes des clients de manière rapide, précise et professionnelle
• Gère toute requête qui nécessite une recherche ou un suivi
• S’assure que les demandes et les requêtes sont confiées au service approprié
• Établit et entretient de solides relations avec la clientèle tout en assurant la confidentialité des renseignements
• Utilise des systèmes de suivi des appels pour consigner toutes les demandes
