Our Edmonton client is a leader in warehousing and distribution and currently requires an Admin/Customer Service Representative to join their team.
The successful candidate will be well organized, have exceptional customer service and data entry skills, as well as be proficient using SAP and Microsoft Office.
-Experience with POS machines
-Post-secondary education is considered an asset
-Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service/administrative role
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Data Entry
-Strong Phone and Customer Service Etiquette
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to comprehend and follow direction
-Exceptional abilities to multitask and problem solve are required
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Answer, Transfer and/or Page calls
-Data Entry (Alphabetical & Numerical)
-Provide details pertaining to product availability, ship dates, and billing inquiries.
-Greet walk in customers
-Support sales and purchasing staff.
-Forward RMA Submissions to appropriate department.
-Update RMA details in Database
-Review Open Purchase Orders, and track ETA’s
-Notify Customers of any late or recent deliveries
-Other duties as required
