We are currently working with our valued client to hire customer service representatives to aid in the shipment of materials across New Brunswick. This is a part time position, with possibility of moving to a full time role.
Required availability for this position will be Monday to Friday during day time hours.
Wages will start at $17/hr.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
-1-2 years previous customer service experience
-Ability to de-escalate calls, providing solutions to our customers with one call resolution
-Ability to work with a small team
-Able to read, write and speak fluent English (French language skills will be considered an asset)
-Organized, able to multitask in a busy and ever changing environment
-Typing speed of min 40 wpm
-Proficient computer skills ability to navigate through various programs (training will be provided)
