Our client in Banking & Finance industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative role in Montreal It is a 9 months contract
This team is responsible for processing wire transfer payments for US clients.
Candidate Value Proposition (CVP):
This role offers remote working capability, with the exception of onsite training. The team (~35 members) provides a consistent and supportive culture. Despite the team working remotely, colleagues maintain regular, day-to-day communication with one another.
Role Responsibilities Include:
Fielding ~20 calls/day from clients regarding wire transfer payments
Processing wire transfers in a timely and effective manner (~300/day), encompassing 90% of their daily activities
Repairing wire transfers to ensure quick processing with minimal error
Communicate with internal team members to solve ad hoc requests
Deliver excellent customer service via responsive, accurate and knowledgeable communications and swift action
Strong Data entry skills, both in speed and accuracy
Strong MS Office skills- Outlook, Word, Excel
Excellent phone etiquette
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize ones schedule effectively
Experience processing wire transfers
Experience in a service rep role
