MaxSys Staffing and Consulting is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our MaxSys team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. 

Positions Summary:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
Major Responsibilities:
Place advertisements for various skill sets on our company website
Screen candidates over the phone for remote positions
Interview candidates’ in-person
Inputting data into our CRM
Dispatching associates out to different client job sites
Consistent superior customer service
Contacting clients and associates on a daily basis to check-in and request update on daily activities
Filing and data entry
Effective communication skills
Customer service skills
Proficient Microsoft office skills
Reliable transportation is an asset
Diploma or degree in a related field and/or equivalent professional work experience
