Job Summary: Client Canada Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for a DevOps Engineer. This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Manager, Business Solutions – Sales, Information Services. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to lead, participate in planning, and operationalization of DevOps practice at Client Canada. This role will also ensure that solutions that are being delivered are aligned with the overall Business and IS strategies. What You’ll Be Doing: • Design, implement and maintain DevOps practice including Continuous Integration () and Continuous () pipelines on a multi-environment landscape (SIT, QA, UAT, PROD) • Contribute to the overall release management and versioning strategies aligned with approach • Define and execute periodic internal audits to verify adherence and compliance to DevOps guidelines • Create and review document templates and provide oversight on workflow approval processes • Define, support and guide Release Management and Application Health Monitoring processes and activities • Be subject matter expert (SME) on DevOps and provide guidance to other technical associates • Partner with Enterprise and Solution Architects to provide expertise and guidance on matters related to DevOps solutions, including – but not limited to – tools selection, processes and best practices • Partner with Information Security to ensure alignment of IAM practice throughout development lifecycle • Participate in team reviews and scrums focused on DevOps activities • Assist in troubleshooting problems in all environments, when required • Research tools, frameworks and technologies that could enhance user experience in alignment with IS strategy • Support the management of TCI’s APIs and their related products, catalogues and subscriptions What You Bring: • University degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields • Hands-on experience on implementing DevOps practice/solutions, preferably on Microsoft DevOps • Strong and skills, including command-line level skillset. Proven experience /, including and monitoring automated deployments • Experience with and version control .
