MaxSys is currently looking for a Finance Clerk, Intermediate for our Federal Client.
Secondary school diploma is required
3 years of relevant experience.
Must clearly demonstrate 3 years experience, within the past 5 years, working with Government of Canada supply arrangements/standing offers, purchase orders, contracting, and retention/retrieval of procurement records in accordance with Treasury Board rules.
Experience in Microsoft Office products (specifically, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Duties may include, but not limited to:
Administer call-ups against standing offers/supply arrangements and purchase orders.
Accurately track the status of call-ups and purchase orders.
Liaise with project managers.
Liaise with finance and procurement authorities.
Advise on the correct steps to take when procuring goods and services.
