MaxSys is currently looking for a Finance Clerk, Intermediate for our Federal Client.
 
Qualifications:
 
Education:
 
•  Secondary school diploma is required
•  3 years of relevant experience.
 
Experience:
 
• Must clearly demonstrate 3 years’ experience, within the past 5 years, working with Government of Canada supply arrangements/standing offers, purchase orders, contracting, and retention/retrieval of procurement records in accordance with Treasury Board rules.

• Experience in Microsoft Office products (specifically, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
 
Duties may include, but not limited to:

• Administer call-ups against standing offers/supply arrangements and purchase orders.

• Accurately track the status of call-ups and purchase orders.

• Liaise with project managers.

• Liaise with finance and procurement authorities.

• Advise on the correct steps to take when procuring goods and services.
 
Language: English
Security Clearance: Enhanced
