MaxSys Staffing is recruiting a bilingual ( French/ English) customer service representative for a major client in Brampton
 
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Location: Airport/Steeles
Pay Rate: $17.00
 
Job Type: This is a temporary position
 
Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming phone calls & making outgoing phone calls
• Communicating with customers
• Entering accurate data into the system
• Fulfill customer expectations in a manner that complies with policies, practices and procedures
• Perform other tasks/duties as assigned
 
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience working in a customer service role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications and Microsoft office)
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
