Maxsys staffing is seeking experienced clerks for an important client in the Halifax region.
 
**Paid weekly
**short and long term contracts
 
Job Duties include:
-Managing switchboard equipment
-Greeting incoming clientele
-Processing internal/external requests via phone/in person or by written communication
-Other administrative duties as needed
 
Requirements:
-Grade 11, +3 years experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
-Knowledge of accounting transactions is required
-Proficient in computer applications & office equipment
-Strong interpersonal/customer service skills; strong written and verbal communication
-Attention to detail
-Work with minimal supervision
