MaxSys is currently looking for a General Inquiries for our client in the downtown area.
This is for 6 months and will lead to a permanent position!
Qualifications:
 
Education:
• Secondary school diploma is required
Experience:
• Previous experience in a call/contact centre or customer support role
• Professional, self-starter with the ability to assume additional responsibilities and work hours as required
• Capable of using different methods of communication simultaneously; i.e. email, telephone, video call, and chat
• Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervision
• Bilingualism is an asset
Duties that may include, but not limited to:
• Review and understand company operating procedures
• Provide guidance to customers
• Effectively resolve problems or issues
• Identify areas of opportunity and utilize your skill and knowledge to suggest improvements
• Effectively manage your time while working in a fast-paced environment
• Various administrative tasks including record keeping and data entry
