Our client in Telecom industry is seeking a Graphic Designer Senior in Montreal.
Job Description
Mandate: To work in a UX / UI specialist role in the design of Web and Mobile interfaces as part of the internal project at the company. Apply a user-centric approach to the development and evolution of users’ digital tools as well as tools to help the employees of companies.
In close collaboration with the Product Owner and the experts in the field, the UX / UI expert deals with matching the needs of the users with the technical and functional characteristics of the digital solutions. It must make judicious choices from user inputs (user search, information architecture, navigation) to facilitate the use and accessibility of user interfaces. He is involved in all phases (design, design, realization) to maximize the consistency of the final product.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Analyze the needs of customers and users to conceptualize interfaces that meet the requirements.
• Ensure the conceptualization, design and evaluation by users of websites and interfaces.
• Contribute to the design of the information architecture
• Design the navigation of websites and mobile applications.
• Ensure end products meet ergonomic standards and standards.
• Ensure the optimization of the use of sites and interfaces and propose the necessary solutions for their effectiveness.
• Understand and respect standards and standards in ergonomics and information architecture;
• Mastery of design thinking techniques;
• Autonomy to carry out projects while being in direct contact with the project team;
• Comfortable delivering deliverables and handling customer feedback. Recognized for always looking for innovative solutions.
• Operational and proven knowledge of the User-Centric Methodology (DCU);
• Ability to understand and integrate business objectives and user needs and ability to make decisions that will produce effective results;
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and to clearly communicate ideas and concepts; comfortable working with external partners;
• Demonstrated ability to produce detailed deliverables;
• Ability to make presentations in front of hearing;
• Enthusiastic, passionate, dynamic and concerned about the quality of the user experience;
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools (such as, but not limited to, Sketch, InVision Studio, Adobe Photoshop, etc.);
Personal skills
• Knowledge of tools or methods of optimizing the customer experience are essential;
• Great sense of responsibility, analytical and analytical skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
• Be strategic, dynamic, curious, initiative and excellent organizational skills;
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is an asset;

Experience or professional track
Minimum of three years of experience in digital ergonomics and in the field of information technology.
