Maxsys Staffing currently has a position available for a hardware technicians (with field/work experience) – repairing video game consoles / Controllers/ Headphones
 
Responsible for testing/repairing and replacing parts for all accessory category product including first and second party controllers (all platforms), headsets, VR sets, memory cards, charge cables and hard drives. 
 
This would include the following:
• Repair, diagnose, locate circuit and components faults, for Electronic Handheld devices, Controllers and Gaming Consoles such as PS3, PS4, XBOX ONE Nintendo SWITCH etc.
• Disassemble of the electronic devices for its failure cause, test and inspection of internal components using electronic test instruments, circuit testers, multi meters, and other tools identify and trace equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair the equipment using hand and power tools, heat guns and soldering tools.
• Reassemble device with new cosmetic parts as per the requirement, use of specific hand tools and soldering to align replace or repair small electronic components such as HDMI, Charge ports etc.., by following manual and schematics.
• Test functionality of devices by using written procedures before moving along to the next process.
• Ensure that all repairs and testing tools and appliances are in proper working condition.
• Upgrade internal software of any Gaming Consoles to the latest software versions.
• Perform all duties as per applicable Quality Program Procedures.
• Consistently meet deadlines and requirements for all production work orders, Complete test and maintenance reports.
• Work with team and management to meet and maintain goals.
