MaxSys is currently looking for a Helpdesk Specialists for our Federal Client.
WON BUSINESS AS MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR ADDITIONAL RESOURCES FOR THE TEAM!
Qualifications:
 
Duration: 5 years long contract
Location: Offsite during Covid-19; After Covid-19 is resolved – Ottawa, ON.
Education:
• Secondary school diploma is required
• IM/IT related education is an asset
Experience:
• 8 years of experience supporting end users and using Ticket tracking systems
• Preferably 8 years of experience providing helpdesk support services to Senior Management
• 3 years of experience using Remedy is an asset
Language: English
Security Clearance: Enhanced Level
