HR Recruiter & Coordinator
We have a new opportunity within our organization for a HR Recruiter & Coordinator to manage a comprehensive recruitment process. The HR Recruiter & Coordinator is responsible for:
Managing the full life-cycle of a recruitment processes; sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews and candidate recommendations.
Maintaining contact with applicants via email and telephone, to schedule interviews, other assessments and share/obtain information.
Administering and proctoring written tests/examinations.
Preparing and formatting documentation
Entering and updating the CRM and SharePoint.
Preparing requisitions for various internal & external services.
Maintaining hardcopy & electronic files.
Updating procedures and sharing best practices with team members.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment
Undergraduate degree in relevant field; or
College diploma in relevant field
Bilingual – English (fluent) & French (fluent)
Eligible to obtain Enhanced Reliability
