HR Recruiter & Coordinator
We have a new opportunity within our organization for a HR Recruiter & Coordinator to manage a comprehensive recruitment process. The HR Recruiter & Coordinator is responsible for:
• Managing the full life-cycle of a recruitment processes; sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews and candidate recommendations. 
• Maintaining contact with applicants via email and telephone, to schedule interviews, other assessments and share/obtain information.
• Administering and proctoring written tests/examinations.
• Preparing and formatting documentation
• Entering and updating the CRM and SharePoint.
• Preparing requisitions for various internal & external services.
• Maintaining hardcopy & electronic files.
• Updating procedures and sharing best practices with team members.
Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment
• Undergraduate degree in relevant field; or
• College diploma in relevant field
• Bilingual – English (fluent) & French (fluent)
Security Clearance:
• Eligible to obtain Enhanced Reliability
