Our client is looking for a “HRIS Consultant” to work in Toronto.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
Key Responsibilities:
• To assist in the management & tracking of company’s Covid 19 screening
• Day to day: Contractor will be responsible for maintaining and accurately logging all employees that are working or will be working from a company Campus’. Contractor will receive a list of employee names on a daily basis, and be responsible for refreshing the log of employees who are onsite, entry of new employee’s expected to go onsite within internal HRIS systems (SuccessFactors/WorkDay)
• Contractor will also be responsible for refreshing the systems to ensure the accuracy of the employee’s internal hierarchy
 
Qualifications:
• Proven ability to collaborate through engagement from internal clients and external partners
• 1-2 years of experience with Human Resources Management System administration and support (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle etc.)
 
Preferred Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree
