Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Pension Service Delivery (DevOps) Team is seeking candidates for an experienced Identity Access Analyst position. The candidate must be proficient in configuring, tuning, troubleshooting and supporting the Oracle Identity Access Management suite as the centralized authentication platform integrated with customer applications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning & Design • Experience with Oracle Identity Access Management 11g suite (OAM, OIM, OID) • Provide Identity Management baseline metrics to feed into baseline trending reports • Configure role level access that adheres to access control guidelines • Provide impact analysis and recommendation for system updates • Define implementation and contingency plan for system upgrades • Pro-actively work and coordinate with all teams and end users for change requests. • Provide regular status and schedule updates to Pension Technology Team • Monitor and recommend tuning improvements for continuous improvement of platform • Understanding of authentication and authorization security models Implementation & Support • Manage and monitor the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform • Perform health check monitoring and recommend runtime tuning improvements for continuous improvement of platform • Provide incident and problem management support • Assess current environment and make continuous improvement to align it with future state • Participate with application architects to provide input into IAM development and deployment patterns • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, best practices and technical documentation for IAM platform • Proficiency with monitoring tools and system analytics to quickly diagnose the root cause of system issues • Create and maintain system build books for IAM components • Maintain system currency within the Application Portfolio Management tool QUALIFICATIONS: Formal Education & Certification • University degree or above in the field of Information Technology. • Oracle Identity Access Management Certification Skills • Oracle Identity Access Management 11g (OAM, OIM, OID) • Active Directory and LDAP • SQL • Creation of web services • Operational support • RHEL 6+ Linux OS and shell scripting • WebLogic Server Administrator Knowledge & Experience • Experience with Identity Manager, Access Manager, Directory Servers • Experience with Identity Analytics and Federation • Experience with SAML, OpenID Connect and Oath2 protocols • Demonstrated experience administering Oracle IAM 11g platform • Oracle database knowledge • Experience and advanced knowledge in SQL and Unix shell scripts. • Experienced WebLogic Server Administrator Personal Attributes • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment is essential. • Independent, fast learner, and self-motivated • You are creative, energetic and a keen problem solver • Your strengths come from collaborating with others, reading, learning, and sharing your knowledge with the team. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Flexible working hours for system upgrades or issue resolution as required To apply, send your updated resume to: s.sharda@maxsys.ca *MST
