**IN ANTICIPATION OF UPCOMING NEEDS**
 
MaxSys is currently looking for Intermediate Material Management Candidates for our federal clients.
 
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
*Must hold a valid security clearance (Reliability, Secret or Top Secret).
*Must have previous government experience.
 
Education: 
• Secondary school diploma
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in computer science, web design or other relevant field from a recognized post-secondary institution is required
 
Experience:
•Minimum of three years of experience in the materiel management field
 
Asset Qualifications:
•A minimum of two years of experience in the materiel management field within the federal government may be required
•Current and valid certification or membership in the Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) is considered an asset.
 
Typical Duties May Include:
•Preparing Statements of Work (SOWs)
•Developing or managing the development of technical requirements of goods to be purchased
•Monitoring inventory levels of assets
•Initiating requests to replenish current inventories of more complex items
•Communicating with procurement personnel regarding issues at all stages of the procurement process, including post-contractual stages
•Managing the distribution of assets
•Managing the disposal of surplus assets
