Job Description Position Title Maintenance Janitorial 
Maxsys is looking for a responsible, honest, and dependable person to fill a role for a client of ours.
 
The following duties include;
 
-Security rounds nightly lock up, system checks, alarms, etc.
-Outside sweeping litter
-Winter shoveling/salting/sanding
-General cleaning of washrooms, clean up spills in open hours
-After closing a full cleaning / dusting washrooms / scrubbing  floors / buffing floor with industrial equipment
-Vacuum
-Answer phone calls onsite
-Clear criminal record
-Call and arrange maintenance if needed.
