Position Summary:
 
Reporting to the Branch Manager the Recruiter will be responsible for:
 
Major Responsibilities:
 
– Customer Service
– Place advertisements for various skill sets on our website
– Telephone screening
– Interviewing candidates
– Inputting data into our CRM
– Dispatching associates out to different client job sites
– Contacting clients and associates on a daily basis
– Filing and data entry
 
Qualifications:
 
– Effective communication skills
– Customer service skills
– Proficient Microsoft office skills
– Excellent computer skills and calendar management
– Reliable transportation is an asset
– Diploma or degree in a related field and/or equivalent   
  professional work experience
