Our client in Banking & Finance industry is seeking a Learning & Experience Designer in Toronto. This is a 6 months contract position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• Involved in project meetings – supporting everyone on the team
• Will be supporting multiple LOBs – including personal and business banking – so will be working with a wide variety of people
• Will be engaging and building graphics for ebooks, infographics, putting together slick slide decks and Powerpoint – this person must be able to convey the message they are trying to say and putting them into visuals and creating a story – wanting to shift from telling people things to showing them
Must haves:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience *include work samples/portfolio with submissions*
• Clear communication / Visual communication – Ability to “boil down”. Clear imagery, attention to detail.
• Consultation skills – drawing info out of people
• Visual design skills – create aesthetically pleasing content
• Design thinking – create with usability and purpose
• Collaboration / Being able to work well with a team in a collaborative environment
• Ability to do vector line drawings (within Illustrator), ability to edit in Photoshop and do desktop publishing in Word and PPT
Degree/diploma in relevant field would be a bonus.
Nice to haves:
Past experience with video editing and writing – ability to convey a message
Previous FI/banking experience
