MaxSys is currently looking for a Manager, Client Services for our client in the downtown area.

Qualifications:

Education:
• Secondary school diploma is required
• A post-secondary degree in a related field such as communications, business administration from a recognized college or university or equivalent is preferred
Experience:
• Bilingualism French/English
• 5 years of experience in a Client Services role or similar
• Must have the ability to handle a critical client portfolio and provide proactive service for stakeholders
• Ability to ensure quality and timely completion of work
• Excellent communication skills, analytical, detailed oriented and time management skills.
• Must have excellent planning and organizational skills to be able to support several accounts
• Ability to be creative when developing documentation, materials and presentations
• Exemplary client service skills, with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
• Sense of urgency
• Handles multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player who operates with minimal supervision
• Positive, motivated with a “can-do” attitude
• Computer proficiency in a Windows environment i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook, and various software programs
• If someone has worked with complex policies before, with Government or similar institutions, they would be a solid candidate.
Duties may include, but not limited to:
• Addresses Client issues, including requests for information, reports, guidance and feedback
• Supports VP, Client and Business Services in addressing business priorities
• Builds productive and effective relationships with clients as well as within BGRS
• Resolves Client complaints and problems, which may have an impact on the business
• Consults with clients regarding process and policy issues, etc.
• Consults with clients regarding the Relocation Directive
• Performs contract research
• Continually assesses opportunities to expand client relationship, improve team performance and internal processes
• Prepares for and contributes to client review meeting
• Review and respond to ATI (Access to Information) requests
• Monitor Service Level Commitment results and provide recommendations for improvement as applicable
• Creates and distributes Client communication documents
• Initiates reports and recommendations
• Handles issues and problems of sensitive and confidential nature
• Collaborate in Client proposals
