MaxSys is currently looking for a Marketing, Intermediate for our Federal Client.
• Secondary school diploma is required
• Must have a Post-Secondary school degree/diploma relating to the following:
? Communications
? Marketing
? Commerce
• Must Have Six Months Of Relevant Work Experience, Within The Last 36 Months Such As:
? Directing an organized media campaign;
? Providing product presentation to clients either alone or as part of a team;
? Providing client orientation or training sessions;
? Assist with developing a Marketing Strategy.
• Must have assist with developing a communications plan within the last 36 months for a Government of Canada Department.
• Must have a minimum of 24 month work experience using Microsoft Word, Micro Excel, Outlook and Power Point
Duties, but not limited to:
• Direct and organize a media campaign for recruitment;
• Identify the policies and requirements that drive out a particular solution;
• Work with the recruiting team and the GoC Assistant Deputy Minister Public Affairs team to implement approved marketing plan;
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing plan and provide advice as required to adjust the plan as required to meet objectives;
• Ensure integration of the plan with Headquarters and units;
• Monitor industry trends to ensure that solutions fit with government and industry directions for marketing
• Produce recruiting specific products that support the marketing plan;
• Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document required changes to ensure objectives are achieved.
