Maxsys is looking for a metals inspector for a local recycling yard in the West Saint John area. This position requires a lot of walking around the entire yard area outdoors, attention to detail for what you are looking for and reporting accurately as findings are discovered.
This position pays $15/hr plus vacation pay and requires 6-12 hour shifts from 7am until 7pm from Monday to Saturday. Overtime will be paid over 44 hours and there will a lot of standing and walking involved.
The amount of weeks is undetermined at this point but if you are a good fit within the company other opportunities may come about. Training of course for exactly what type of things you are looking for will be provided so the job can be done accurately and proficiently.
Steel toed boots, clear criminal record, and reliable transportation are required and warm outdoor clothing, any other PPE’s required will be provided.
