Key Responsibilities:
• Identifies and recommends methods to improve administrative systems and business functions that maximize office efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensuring that customers receive accurate, prompt, appropriate and professional responses to customer comments.
• Coordinating and maintaining the Office’s personnel corporate-required activities.
• Develops, administers and provides employee reference lists and forms to support the Office’s daily operation
• Determines vacancies; prepares recruitment requisitions for authorization by appropriate Manager
• Maintains and updates electronic and hardcopy filing systems
• Maintains records of employee-related incidents and training, and prepares and distributes related reports
• Monitors and maintains an inventory of office supplies
• Communicate and distribute organizational communications, meeting minutes and agendas
• Conducts office reception duties
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are required to develop and prepare accurate and meaningful reports for use by management and operating personnel.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal projects is an asset
