Our team at MaxSys is currently seeking an experienced Office Support Clerk for our client in the Greater Moncton Area.
-Minimum of 2 years working experience in an administration role
-Proficient Microsoft Use of excel
-Invoicing, basic accounts payable
-Reception – managing incoming and outgoing calls
-Customer service experience (min 2 years)
-Wpm = 50+
-Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
-Able to work in a fast paced environment
-Ability to multi task
-Experience in the transportation industry would be considered an asset
