We are currently seeking a full time “Outside Sales Representative” for our branch located in Calgary. This is a career opportunity with great support, training and opportunity for growth.

• Previous Outside Sales experience is a must.
• “Hunter Mentality” Driven for success, willing and eager to build new business, represent well, follow up on warm and cold leads.

• Excellent sales track record and experience to build new business as well as retain existing business.
• Achieving sales targets and goals
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

• Integrity; highly motivated and organized; Self-managed.
• Attention to detail and strong computer skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to actively and sincerely engage with customers is critical to success in this role.
• Excellent telephone communication (listening and explaining required).
• High level of computer literacy, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM experience is an asset.
• Solution & Consultative sales experience with a proven track record of success (progress vs quotas).
• Excellent work ethic.
Metrics and KPIs:
• 50 X B2B Door Knocking Cold Calls per week
• 50 X Outbound Sales Calls per week
• 10 X Face to Face meetings with new prospects per week.
• 1 X New client per week
• Base salary plus bonus commissions
