**THIS IS A MULTI-YEAR CONTRACT!!!!**
 
MaxSys is currently looking for a Procurement Specialists, Level 2 for our Federal Client.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
Education:
 
• Secondary school diploma is required
• Certificate, diploma or degree from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution in a relevant field or an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant work experience.
 
Experience:
 
• Must have a minimum of twenty-four (24) months of experience, within the last forty-eight (48) months, in the material management of goods on behalf of the Federal Government of Canada
• Must have a minimum of twenty-four (24) months of combined  experience, within the last forty-eight (48) months, using an Enterprise Resource Management system (e.g. SAP, DRMIS) to analyze and provide recommendations on distribution or replenishment of inventory levels
a) Must have a minimum of forty-eight (48) months of combined experience in the last ninety-six (96) months providing logistical supply support to multiple clients and customers, by performing the following tasks:
b) Maintaining electronic and physical records of stock keeping or inventory levels, customer orders
c) Preparing usage reports and movement history, and performing electronic audits of material
• Must have a minimum of sixty (60) months of combined experience, within the last one hundred-eighty (180) months in four (4) of the following six (6) material management activities:
a) Stock Transfers
b) Material requirement planning
c) Inventory management 
d) Preparing inventory reports
e) Maintaining stock level
f) Monitoring annual historical stock usage trends
