Responsibilities: • The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering and managing the lifecycle of all products related to document management. • The Product Delivery Manager in collaboration with the Product Owner manages strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and teams to maximize the customer value provided by their product. • Successful Product Delivery Managers help to identify assumptions and validate those assumptions through the use of product discovery techniques. • The Product Delivery Manager truly embraces the Voice of the Customer, ensuring efforts and products are customer-centric. • The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders, product owners and partners, ensuring the successful definition and execution of go-to market and communications strategies for their products. • Product Delivery Managers are also responsible for coaching and mentoring their teams’ through the adoption of Agile delivery, and ensuring continued support for the product in the Production environment. Accountabilities: • Collaborate in creating, driving and executing the document product strategy and roadmap. • Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction. • Be a champion/ for agile process within the organization; Lead and facilitate Agile adoption within Client Canada • Manages one or more teams (Scrum Masters, Developers, QA and BA’s). • Owns solution delivery, must be able to lead technical personnel to provide input to functional design and architecture, track and resolve technical issues during build and test phases through to operational support. • Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters on the various agile aspects like Scrum, Kanban, TDD, FDD, XP etc. • The delivery and support of cross-functional development and systems integrated products. • Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy. • Identify and set up organization structure, development and training plan for all team members. • Works effectively with upper management and multiple stakeholders and to apply customer relationship management practices. • Supports audit activities and team onboarding/off-boarding, including ensuring correct application and access permissions are maintained. • Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization on how to collaborate and conduct idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, product implementation, customer interactions and roll out. Qualifications and Experiences: • Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience 10+ years of related experience. • Experience in onshore/offshore model for project delivery. • Experience in micro service development using one or more development languages or tools (e.g., Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Swagger, Pivotal Cloud Foundry). • Experience in implementing Agile Scrum, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, etc. • Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs where you had the accountability to determine the best course of action to meet your goals. • Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to a new product development team with proven experience in data driven decision making. • Outstanding oral and written communication skills. • Clear passion for topics of technology products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate in our product space. • Have familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira, Pivotal Tracker. • Ability to triage issues across multiple systems and drive technical issues to resolution. • Ability to lead by influence up, down, and across an organization strong management or project lead experience required. *MST
